1. Booking & Reservations
All bookings made through fraserriverpaddlewheel.com are subject to availability. By completing a booking, you agree to these terms and the pricing displayed at the time of purchase. Bookings are not confirmed until you receive an email confirmation with a reference number.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations 48+ hours before departure: full refund
- Cancellations 24-48 hours before departure: 50% refund or full credit toward a future cruise
- Cancellations less than 24 hours: non-refundable
- Weather-related cancellations by Fraser River Paddlewheel Co.: full refund
3. Boarding & Conduct
Guests must arrive 30 minutes before departure. Boarding begins 20 minutes prior. Late arrivals may not be accommodated and no refund will be issued for missed departures. All guests must conduct themselves responsibly on board. The captain reserves the right to refuse boarding or remove any guest whose behaviour poses a safety risk or disrupts other passengers.
4. Alcohol Policy
The MV Native is a licensed vessel. Guests must be 19 years or older to purchase alcohol. Outside food and beverages are not permitted on board. Fraser River Paddlewheel Co. reserves the right to refuse service to any intoxicated individual.
5. Capacity & Safety
Maximum vessel capacity is 84 guests. All cruises comply with Transport Canada safety regulations. Life jackets and safety equipment are on board and accessible at all times. Guests are required to follow all safety instructions given by crew members.
6. Liability
Fraser River Paddlewheel Co. (operated by Greenwich Marine Services Ltd.) is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property, except where caused by negligence on our part. Guests board at their own risk. We recommend appropriate footwear and clothing for marine conditions.
7. Photography & Media
Photographs and video may be taken during cruises for promotional use. By boarding, you consent to being photographed. If you prefer not to appear in promotional materials, please inform a crew member before departure.
8. Private Events
Private charter terms, including payment schedules, catering, and cancellation policies, are outlined in the individual charter agreement provided upon inquiry. A minimum of 20 guests is required for private bookings.
9. Changes to Terms
Fraser River Paddlewheel Co. reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website or booking services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
